Assembly and Model Supply


Afterhours Miniatures does not sell miniatures. 

Only fully assembled models are accepted for painting. 

Assembly and conversion work are not included in the service. 



Shipping


Miniatures must be shipped to Afterhours Miniatures by the client.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping for the sixth completed commission is offered by Afterhours Miniatures.

All miniatures are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.



Customs & International Orders


International clients (outside Switzerland) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

Afterhours Miniatures is not responsible for customs delays once the parcel has been shipped.



Responsibility


Afterhours Miniatures is not responsible for damage occurring during shipping.

Clients are strongly advised to use tracked and insured shipping methods when sending miniatures.


Payment


Payment is accepted via bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal.

A 50% upfront payment is required to secure your commission slot.

The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Work begins only after the initial payment has been received.

Payement details are provided after quote confirmation.
